Supported Incoterms

We quote in the Incoterm that works best for your procurement process.

FOB

Free on Board

We handle all inland transport, cleaning, packing, CHA (customs house agent) fees, and port loading charges at the Indian origin port. Risk and freight cost transfers to buyer once goods are on the vessel. Buyer arranges ocean freight and destination customs.

CIF

Cost, Insurance & Freight

We arrange and pay for ocean freight plus marine cargo insurance to your named destination port (e.g., Jebel Ali, Hamburg, New York). You handle import customs clearance and local delivery from destination port.

CFR

Cost & Freight

Similar to CIF but without insurance (buyer arranges their own marine insurance). We pay ocean freight to destination port. Suitable for buyers who have preferred marine insurers or blanket cargo policies.

Detailed invoice listing commodity, HS code, unit price, total value, Incoterm, and buyer/seller details.

Packing List

Itemized packing list with number of bags, net weight, gross weight, and dimensions per carton/pallet.

Bill of Lading

Ocean Bill of Lading issued by the carrier confirming cargo receipt and delivery obligation at destination port.

🌱

Phytosanitary Certificate

GOI-issued plant health certificate confirming shipment is free from pests and meets destination quarantine requirements.

🔬

Certificate of Analysis (CoA)

SGS or Eurofins lab report for pesticide residue, moisture, curcumin/volatile oil content, and microbial levels.

📃

Certificate of Origin

Preferential CoO issued by APEDA or local Chamber of Commerce for GSP tariff benefits at destination.
